ROAD TO BLISSFIELDS

We're playing the Road to Blissfields show at the Joiners in Southampton on April 13th, battling it out for a place at this year's festival. Yay! I'm guessing the more people we have nodding their heads in appreciation the better, so do come along x.

We've been featured in the 10th issue of a great little magazine in Japan called P+M, which is put out by the peeps who run Abcdefg Records. There's an interview, and we've also given away our new song 'Blue Broadcast' with it!

...AND THE HIATUS ENDS

Hi all. After some heavy promotion surrounding the single, we've been taking time out recently, what with Bill becoming a new dad for the second time (congrats Billy!), and other general life-happenings. So we're back into the fold with a gig this Friday at Unit - stage time around 9.30 - it'd be great to see you there.

Other news: we're working on our as yet untitled debut album, which we'll be recording over the next few months, and this will be released through Folkwit in February 2013. Some nice video snippets of our single launch will be making their way online over the next week or so, along with some remixes of a few of our songs - watch this space and all that.

There are a few CD singles left, so if you still want one, you can order from our website or from the good people at Folkwit. If you consider CDs to be a bit too 'old-school', you can always buy it from iTunes

OH MY WORD.. OUR LAUNCH PARTY...

An enormous thank you to everyone who came down to our single launch party on Saturday - you all created an amazing atmosphere, and the whole night made us feel very proud of the music scene here in Southampton. Being the pessimistic fellows we are, we had niggling doubts that nobody would come, so the turn out was way beyond anything we could have hoped for, and we had such a lot of fun - I hope you did too!

Big thanks also to Dave Miatt and Etao Shin, who helped make the whole thing so damn special. Also, Tim Betts who runs Planet Sounds - We wouldn't have wanted the single launch to be anywhere else. Thanks for having us!

There were loads of pics and vids taken, so we'll be sharing those around over the next week or so. We still have some CD versions of the single, so if you want one, pop us an email or click the buy now button on our site. Otherwise, the digital single is out today and available to download pretty much everywhere!
